WHAT CLIENTS SHOULD KNOW
These answers explain how assignments are accepted, priced, attempted, documented, and completed.
WHAT INFORMATION DO YOU NEED TO BEGIN?
We generally need the service documents, service address, subject information, applicable deadline, requested service level, and any special instructions that may affect the assignment.
WHAT SERVICE LEVELS ARE AVAILABLE?
IronServe Legal offers Standard Service, Rush Service, and Immediate Service. Each option has its own first-attempt timeframe and included attempt schedule, subject to location, access, workload, and assignment circumstances.
HOW QUICKLY WILL THE FIRST ATTEMPT BE MADE?
Standard Service: first attempt within 5 business days. Rush Service: first attempt within 72 hours. Immediate Service: first attempt the same day (or next, depending on submission time and server availability). Timing may also be affected by location, access conditions, assignment details, and current workload.
HOW MANY ATTEMPTS ARE INCLUDED?
Standard Service includes up to 3 attempts made in 7-10 business days. Rush Service includes up to 3 attempts made in 3-5 business days. Immediate Service includes up to 3 attempts in 3 days. Any additional-attempt charges will be discussed before additional work is performed.
HOW ARE MILEAGE AND PRINTED PAGES CHARGED?
The first 10 miles from Lawton are included. Additional mileage is billed at $1.25 per mile. The first 10 printed pages are included, and additional printed pages are billed at $0.20 per page.
CAN I ESTIMATE THE COST BEFORE SUBMITTING?
Yes. The Pricing page and Request Service form include an estimator based on service level, mileage, and printed page count. Final pricing is confirmed after assignment review and before work begins.
CAN I UPLOAD DOCUMENTS ONLINE?
Yes. The Request Service page includes a secure Upload Documents button that sends files through Dropbox File Requests.
CAN OTHER CLIENTS SEE MY UPLOADED FILES?
No. Dropbox File Requests allow clients to upload documents without viewing the upload folder or files submitted by other clients.
DO YOU PROVIDE STATUS UPDATES?
Yes. IronServe Legal provides clear status communication as the assignment progresses and will contact you if additional information is needed.
WILL I RECEIVE AN AFFIDAVIT?
Completed assignments include appropriate service documentation and an affidavit when applicable.
WHAT HAPPENS IF SERVICE IS NOT COMPLETED?
You will receive documentation of the attempts made and the assignment status. Additional attempts or special handling may be discussed when appropriate.
WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVE?
Primary coverage includes Lawton, Fort Sill, Cache, Elgin, Fletcher, Medicine Park, Geronimo, and surrounding Southwest Oklahoma communities. Additional areas may be available upon request.
