TERMS OF SERVICE AND WEBSITE USE
Agreement governing ironserve.legal and IronServe Legal online services
Effective Date: August 28, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ironserve.legal (the "Site"), submitting a service request, uploading documents, using assignment-status lookup, or using another online feature provided by IronServe Legal ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service and Website Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or submit information through it. The Site is a business-information, service-request, document-submission, and client-status website for IronServe Legal.
2. Privacy
Your use of the Site is subject to IronServe Legal's Privacy Policy, which explains our data practices and also governs information collected through the Site.
3. Electronic Communications
Visiting the Site, submitting a form, or sending email to IronServe Legal constitutes electronic communication. You consent to receive electronic communications relating to your requests, assignments, invoices, and use of the Site, and you agree that electronic notices and communications may satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, to the extent permitted by law.
4. Eligibility and Authorized Requests
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to request the services or submit the documents and information you provide. You are responsible for ensuring that your request complies with applicable law and any court requirements. The Site and services are intended for adults and professional users, and IronServe Legal does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
5. Service Requests and Assignment Information
A website submission is a request for service and does not automatically create an accepted assignment. IronServe Legal may review the request, confirm availability, request additional information, confirm pricing, and decline, postpone, or cancel work when appropriate. You agree to provide accurate and complete assignment information.
6. Submitted Documents and Information
You retain ownership of documents and information you submit. By submitting them, you authorize IronServe Legal and its service providers to receive, copy, store, transmit, and use them only as reasonably necessary to review, perform, document, bill, and complete the requested assignment, provide requested Site functionality, or comply with legal obligations. You are responsible for ensuring that you are authorized to provide the information and materials you submit.
7. Assignment Status Lookup
The public assignment-status feature is intended for authorized Clients. You are responsible for safeguarding assignment numbers and associated verification information. Detailed field notes or sensitive subject information may be withheld from the public status page for privacy and security. IronServe Legal may restrict access to a feature when reasonably necessary.
8. Fees, Invoicing, and Payments
Pricing shown on the Site or produced by an estimator is an estimate unless expressly confirmed. Final pricing may depend on distance, document count, number of persons or entities, attempts, urgency, access, special handling, or other assignment circumstances. Fees will be invoiced or otherwise confirmed before work begins unless different written arrangements have been approved.
9. Third-Party Sites and Services
The Site may contain links to other websites ("Linked Sites"). Linked Sites are not under the control of IronServe Legal, and IronServe Legal is not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily imply endorsement.
Certain features or services may be delivered by third-party providers, such as hosting, secure file transfer, email, invoicing, payment processing, or other business services. By using those features, you acknowledge that information may be transmitted to or processed by the applicable provider as reasonably necessary to provide the requested functionality.
10. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Site or services to violate law, impersonate another person or entity, submit malicious code, damage or impair the Site, interfere with another user's use, attempt unauthorized access, obtain information through means not intentionally made available, or provide documents or information you are not authorized to provide.
11. Intellectual Property and Limited License
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site strictly in accordance with these Terms.
Unless otherwise indicated, original Site text, graphics, logos, images, design elements, site compilation, and other original content are owned by or licensed to IronServe Legal and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, sell, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit protected Site content except as authorized by law or with written permission from IronServe Legal or the applicable rights holder. No ownership rights are transferred to you by your use of the Site.
12. International Users
The Site is controlled and operated by IronServe Legal from Oklahoma, USA. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
13. No Legal Advice; No Guarantee of Outcome
IronServe Legal provides process serving and related administrative services and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. Information on the Site is general information only. We do not guarantee that a person can be located, that service will be completed, or that a particular legal outcome will occur.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IronServe Legal, its owners, employees, agents, and service providers from losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees where recoverable, arising from your unlawful use of the Site or services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of a third party's rights, or your submission of information or materials you were not authorized to provide. IronServe Legal may assume the defense of a matter subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to cooperate in asserting available defenses.
15. Arbitration
If the parties cannot resolve a dispute arising out of or concerning these Terms, the dispute shall, to the extent enforceable, be resolved by final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a single neutral arbitrator and administered by the American Arbitration Association or a similar service selected by the parties. The location will be mutually agreed upon. The arbitrator's award shall be final, and judgment may be entered in a court having jurisdiction. The scope and enforceability of this arbitration provision shall be determined as provided by applicable law. This provision survives termination of these Terms.
16. Class Action Waiver
To the extent permitted by applicable law, arbitration under these Terms will take place on an individual basis, and class, collective, or representative proceedings are not permitted unless both parties agree otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
17. Refusal, Suspension, or Termination
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, discontinue, or cancel an assignment or restrict or terminate Site access when reasonably necessary for safety, legality, nonpayment, inaccurate information, abusive conduct, technical issues, conflicts, security concerns, or other legitimate business reasons.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and related functionality are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Site information, software, products, services, and related materials may include errors or may change from time to time. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IronServe Legal disclaims implied warranties to the extent they may lawfully be disclaimed and does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IronServe Legal and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising solely from use of or inability to use the Site. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some limitations may not apply. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
20. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any court proceeding that is not subject to arbitration under these Terms will be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Oklahoma.
21. No Agency Relationship
No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created between you and IronServe Legal solely by use of the Site. IronServe Legal may comply with governmental, court, and law-enforcement requests or requirements relating to Site use or information provided to us when legally required.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or replaced to the extent necessary to best reflect its intended purpose, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
23. Entire Agreement
Unless otherwise stated, these Terms constitute the agreement between the user and IronServe Legal concerning use of the Site and the online services addressed here and supersede prior or contemporaneous communications concerning the same subject. The parties intend these Terms and related notices to be written in English.
24. Changes to Terms
IronServe Legal may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be identified by its effective date and will supersede prior versions for future Site use and future service requests. Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically.
